French Toast and Eggs
Thick cut French toast made with Challah, two scrambled eggs, and crispy
bacon. Served with maple syrup.
New York Benedict
Smoked salmon, red onion, capers, and two poached eggs on a crispy English
muffin, topped with a dill hollandaise. Served with home fries.
Grilled Salmon Salad
Filet of fresh salmon served over a warm spinach, sweet corn, and mushroom
salad with a red chili and sesame vinaigrette.
Albacore Tune Salad
A filet fresh tuna, rolled in spices, pan seared rare and sliced. Served
on baby greens and finished with a wasabi dressing.
Pasta Primavera
Mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and seasonal fresh vegetables, sautéed
