Breast of chicken, capers, and lemon juice in a white wine sauce served
with rice pilaf and

Spicy country sausage, crimini mushrooms, and fresh basil in our own marinara
sauce, served over penne pasta.
B.B.Q. Salmon
Filet of fresh salmon glazed with our homemade B.B.Q sauce on a bed of
sweet corn and pepper compote. Served with rice pilaf and sautéed
seasonal vegetables.

We make our own, layered with Dryers chocolate and vanilla ice cream in
