Crispy hearts of romaine tossed with our own Caesar dressing, homemade
croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
Dinner Entree Choices
Peppered New York
Lightly crusted in freshly crushed and ground peppercorns, pan seared
then finished in red wine
Chicken Picata
Breast of chicken, capers, and lemon juice in a white wine sauce served
with rice pilaf and
sautéed vegetables.
Peppered Swordfish
Center cut loin dredged in peppercorns and pan-seared with a mushroom
and Marsala wine sauce. Served with rice pilaf and sautéed seasonal
vegetables.
Pasta Primavera
Mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh vegetables sautéed with
sweet cream butter, dry wines, and fresh herbs served over your choice
of angel hair or linguini.
Dessert Choices
Mud Pie
We make our own, layered with Dryers chocolate and vanilla ice cream in
an Oreo cookie crust and topped with chocolate and caramel sauces.
Cheesecake
New York style cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and balsamic
coulis.
