Dinner Entree Choices
New York Steak
12 oz prime USDA steak cut to order, marinated and grilled to your desire.
Chicken Picata
Breast of chicken, capers, and lemon juice in a white wine sauce served
with rice pilaf and
sautéed vegetables.
Peppered Swordfish
Center cut loin dredged in peppercorns and pan-seared. Finished in a mushroom
and Marsala wine sauce. Served with rice pilaf and sautéed seasonal
vegetables.
Pasta Primavera
Mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh vegetables sautéed with
sweet cream butter, dry wines, and fresh herbs served over linguini with
your choice of chicken or shrimp.
Dessert Choices
Mud Pie
We make our own, layered with Dryers chocolate and vanilla ice cream in
an Oreo cookie crust and topped with chocolate and caramel sauces.
Cheesecake
New York style cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and balsamic
coulis.
