BBQ Salmon
Filet of salmon glazed with our recipe BBQ sauce placed on a bed of sweet
corn and pepper compote. Served with rice pilaf and sautéed seasonal
vegetables.
New York Steak
12 oz prime USDA steak cut to order, seasoned and grilled to your desire.
Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Baked seasoned chicken breast, rolled with asparagus, ham, and cheese,
topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with rice pilaf and vegetables.
Peppered Swordfish
Center cut loin dredged in peppercorns and pan-seared. Finished in a mushroom
and Marsala wine sauce. Served with rice pilaf and sautéed seasonal
vegetables.
Dessert Choices
Mud Pie
We make our own, layered with chocolate and vanilla ice cream in an Oreo
cookie crust and topped with chocolate and caramel sauces.
